环保型聚合物胶束钻井液评价与应用

Abstract:  The Upper of Cretaceous and Jurassic formations in Zhongguai area in the Junggar Basin have large segment soft mudstone, strong water sensitivity, easy hydration expansion, and reduced stuck pipe. The Jurassic coal-bearing formation is likely to cause the coal seam to fall and collapse. The lithology of the Carboniferous strata was complex, the pressure coefficient was high, the fractures were developed, the oil and gas intrusion and igneous rock collapse were prone to occur. In order to improve the borehole wall stability and reduce the incidence of complex accidents in this area, polymeric micelle environment-friendly drilling fluid was used in the second well section of JL39. The main composition of drilling fluid is 0. 2% coalescent agent HMP ( molecular weight 16 million) + 0. 5% ~ 0. 7% coalescent agent HMP ( molecular weight 5 ~ 6 million) + 1 % amine silanol inhibitor HAS + 2% fluorescent blocking agent HBJ-3 + 2% thermobaric film forming agent HCM + 1 % lubricant to synthesize grease HLB + 0. 5% polymer filtrate reducer HFL and 1 . 5% HFL2. The application showed that the drilling fluid has strong anti-pollution ability, stable performance, strong anti-sliding capability, effective prevention of collapse of coal seams, easy-to-carry rock, strong cleaning ability. The drilling rate of the second well section of JL39 reached 7. 26 m /h, which shortened the drilling period by 14d than JL30 with similar drilling speed, and greatly reducing the drilling cost. It is worth to be applied to the appropriate stratum blocks.

摘要:

准噶尔盆地中拐井区白垩系和侏罗系中上部地层存在大段强水敏性软质泥岩,水化膨胀后易缩径卡钻,侏罗系含煤层易掉块、坍塌,石炭系地层岩性复杂、地层压力高、裂缝发育,易发生油气水侵和火成岩垮塌。为提高井壁稳定性,降低复杂事故发生率,选用聚合物胶束钻井液在JL39井二开段运用,钻井液主要配方成分为0.2%聚束剂HMP(分子量1600)+0.5% ~0.7%聚束剂HMP(分子量500~600)+1%胺基硅醇抑制剂HAS+2%无荧光封堵剂HBJ-3+2%温压成膜剂HCM+1%润滑剂合成脂HLB+0.5%聚合物降滤失剂HFL1.5%HFL-2。应用效果表明,该钻井液具有性能稳定,封堵、防塌能力和携岩、清洁能力强等优点,在二开段机械钻速达7.26m/h,较邻井JL30缩短钻井工期14d,建议在相似复杂地层推广应用。
